Am I pregnant or crazy?

So my husband and I have been trying for a baby (for about 7 months now) and I have a pretty irregular period since I could remember. I also can never tell when I’m ovulating. Now i haven’t had a period since March 4th was my first day of my last period. It’s now April 27th so I’m 15 days late. I have some decent signs of pregnancy. Didn’t have any implant spotting. But have the hot flashes, tender breast, cravings, weird cramping randomly, an nausea randomly. But EVERY test I’ve taken has been negative. I have a virtual appointment with my primary doctor but is this normal? 🤷🏻‍♀️
