⁉️urgently need advice as super confused

18y/o Been on the pill for 3 and a half years, swapped pills In December and went onto a progesterone only pill due to migraines.

Sexually active.

Decided to take a break from the pill while in lockdown since I won’t be having sex and havent has a period since I started this new pill. Had constant spotting the whole time I was on it.

Came off the pill 3 weeks ago, had constant spotting for the first 4/5 days, which stopped, then about a week later started having a lot of CM which I don’t usually, and now having extreme nipple sensitivity and pain.

What is this? I’ve not had a real period in nearly 4 months. Is this due to hormones or something else?
