What made you fall in love with the person you’re with right now?

what are some things that you look for in a partner?

I don’t have a type. I think it’s one of those things when you know, you know. However my partner new right away, or so he says. For me it took about 3-4 months to start dating, and I knew he was the one after maybe 3 years. I started to think about future and I got to the point where I couldn’t imagine it with anyone else, I didn’t look at other males, I hated attention coming from other guys. 
Also nobody is perfect. You have to put up with good and bad. But if the good outweighs the bad than it’s worth it. He loves me for who I am and he never for once tried to change me.
We are not perfect, but we are perfect for each other and we make it work

Humor, the way he treated other people, how helpful he was. Our conversations would drag on for hours and I realized we had a lot in common and liked to do the same things and  we were raised the same way.

How he caters to me in the mornings. I am not a morning person at all. My husband wakes up at 6am, goes for a run or swim while I’m on my 5th dream drooling all over my pillow.

I just knew as soon as we met I knew he was the one, I knew I loved him. I just knew. We grew close on a lot of different levels as we started dating but I knew right away and he knew pretty early on too. We moved in together after 2 months and then if fook another 10 months and we were engaged. We've now been married for 2 years, own a home together and are expecting our first child this year.

He courted me, put in a lot of effort and showed me how every woman should be treated. No one had done that before. Five years later together, two years married, he hasn’t stopped.

The way he loves. He is so genuine. He truly cares about every person in his life. He is amazing with children. He is gentle and sweet. He has a way of always saying what makes me feel better, which is amazing because I have to worst anxiety and he helps me so much. He is smart, and no one makes me laugh as hard as he does. Everything he says is hilarious to me. I never get tired if being around him, we can do the same thing every night and never get bored. 
Him as a person made me fall in love with him.

He is so genuinely kind. There were times I was working through some emotional self healing & he was very supportive of me through the transition.  I don't think there is anything I can do that he wouldn't support me in. It's a beautiful experience to have someone that you need & want in your life.

Well he’s always worked hard to understand me and he never belittles my feelings. We were friends before so we laugh and goof off all the time. We have the same goals and beliefs so we work together for them. And he’s kind. Any kind of animal is drawn to him. They love his energy. He just all around is a good, humble person.  To sum it all up I didn’t want to get married or be with anyone ever before he moved back into town. And here I am. XD
