Is investing in a laptop right now smart?

Hi everyone.

I am 23 years old and recently separated from my ex fiancé 3 months ago. We had been together for 4 years and we have a 3 year old together. I was going to school when I met him, unfortunately i dropped out when I became pregnant and never went back. I was 20 at the time. I’m turning 24 soon, and I still don’t have a college degree. My job has temporarily closed due to covid 19 (I work for Nordstrom) so I’ve been staying home this entire time with my family. I sleep in a room with my grandmother. I bought myself a bed where my daughter and I sleep together. I applied for section 8, and hoping they’ll one day call me. My ex is 38 so he has his life together and I refuse to ask for his help. I have 6k dollars saved right now that haven’t been touched and just saving up until I get back to work to stack up more money so I can move out eventually. My family is only giving me some time to stay here before I have to go.

Today I noticed Harvard is giving out free online classes. So of course I checked it out, they have a child protection class for free for 4 weeks. Seems interesting to me since I am absolutely not doing anything with my time besides spend time with my daughter. The only problem with that class is I don’t own a computer. I really don’t want to spend on one because I didn’t want to touch those 6k dollars at all. And now I’m doubting myself, is this even the right time to be thinking of doing online classes? Free or not. I’m behind on all my bills but because of this pandemic my credit card issuers have given me more time. I need to buy a car soon as my ex is only giving me 6 months to find another one. Honestly all this stresses me out when I think about it. And I have no

Idea what I’m doing with my life. I need guidance right. Now. I feel like I’m about to have a mental break down.
