I have to get the Covid test...

So I've been feeling generally unwell, bit of a cough, sore throat, and a fever up and down. I'm also 14 weeks pregnant. So shortness of breath and fatigue are common as well as extra nasal mucous. Well.... because I've been feeling unwell and am an essential worker along with being at risk and pregnant, I have to get the Covid test. I've heard it's truly awful! I dont believe I do have it, I believe it's probably the flu if more than a cold. I guess what I'm wondering is, is it like the nasal swab they do deep in your nose for the flu? I'm just having some anxiety about the pain level as I've heard terrible things.

I got the test done and it reminds me of getting the flu test done. Wasnt too bad and it was over quick. I will have results in 24 to 48 hours
