symptoms at 4dpo?

I've had a cold/fever since ovulation night, my ears have been hurting, some abdominal cramps (dull pain), peeing a little more but can't #2, sore body (off and on), minor headaches, I get hot at night when I'm sleeping but freezing through the day, vomiting yesterday and nausea today, acne (I haven't had it in months), irritable, I drink mtn.dew all the time and it tastes weird to me today. could I be getting symptoms this early or am I looking to much into it?
