TMI Implantation???

Hey y'all! I am currently 7dpo and have had white thick cm ever since I ovulated when I went to the restroom I saw this..I wiped again a few times and never saw anything else other than the same white cm...could that have been implantation bleeding? Also I have no other symptoms other than really sore nipples!
