Feeling pale during period
Okay, I'm 22 and I still don't know why I'm looking and feeling sick. My mom told mom told me I look super pale and I even feel super super light headed. My flow right now is HEAVY. like, it's never been this heavy to the point that my menstrual cup will overflow in about 5-6 hours when I can last at LEAST half a day. Is this normal? I read that I could have low iron? Thank you :)
