Paraguard 6 months- 12 day period Normal?!

Soooo... today’s my 6 months of having the Paraguard. I unfortunately came down with Covid had it for about 11 days but recovered about a 2 weeks ago.. then my period came 6 days early!! And it went for 6 days with the normal awful cramps and bleeding then spotted for 2 days thought it was finished and then came BACK full fledge when I was actually supposed to get it and I’ve had it now for a total of 12 days (counting the 2 days I thought I was finished & just spotting) I’m super heavy bleeding right now it doesnt look anywhere near done is this normal?! Should I call my doctor?! I’ve haven’t switching any medicines I never took any antibiotics (dr didn’t think I needed any) so I’m not really sure what’s going on!!
