any of you ladies have a miscarriage before?

I would be 6w 3d today... on 4/20 I had ultrasound which showed small gestational sac & yolk sac... right after I started having light pink spotting, and the day after.. on 4/23 it was more than spotting, bright red blood with some tiny clots... 4/24 my ob had me come in for another ultrasound where the sac had grown a ton and the baby was even visible!! (Didn’t detect a heartbeat I was only 5w 6d) later that evening I had a tiny clear bubble thing come out of me.. then 4/26 I had a larger blood clot that looked like it has tissue in it pinkish greyish in color.. so I’ve been bleeding like a normal period from 4/20-4/28 but the first two days it was spotting.. I’ve not been in any pain at all.. today I’m having brown spotting but that’s it. pregnancy tests have gotten lighter.. I believe it’s a miscarriage.. I go for another ultrasound in the morning.. has anyone had this happen and everything was okay? 🥺
