Throwing fits non-stop 😩

My son has always been very expressive over everything but he is so bad these days. Screaming, yelling, tantrums, losing his mind over literally everything. And I'm not exaggerating, it's bad and I can tell some of my family find his temper unusual. Idk why he is so angry and unhappy, am I doing something wrong? Is this a stage? I'm getting worn out and sad that he's so unhappy. He's happy being held most of the time.

How do you react when your babies behave like this?
