Is he playin me?

Ok so me and this one guy have been talking for a couple months.Now that I notice I have always been texting him first so I stopped texting him first and he don’t text me back for 5 days or so till he says hey and this recent time it was 4 in the morning!!!I wish I did know more about him the I recently moved to where I am now so when we started talking like that we really were just meeting,so I don’t really know how he is when it comes to dating and stuff.
