Do you know that you've ovulated simply from your PMDD symptoms?

no

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder is a very severe form of premenstrual syndrome (PMS), which can cause many emotional and physical symptoms every month during the week or two before you start your period.

It can come with many emotional and physical symptoms, including irritability, depression, anger, fatigue, bloating, headaches/migraines, backache and so many more.

I almost always get PMDD 1-2 days after ovulation. It starts with the feeling like I'm getting the flu, and often comes with backache and major mood swings (I often get rage and depression).

I have endometriosis on top of that, which makes most of my cycle really tough.
