Throwing up.

So last night I was in labor and delivery for what I THOUGHT was my water breaking. Well it wasn’t. They monitored me for about an hour. I am 1 cm dialated and she was very low head down against my cervix. I go tomorrow for my 36 weeks appointment but ever since I got home last night I have had very forceful and painful projectile vomiting. It’s causing my back to hurt so bad from the forcefulness of it. Should I call them maybe or just wait it out until tomorrow? I don’t want to keep bothering them or sound paranoid. I just feel like absolute death to the point I keep sobbing. 😭
