Smoothie recipes?
My 2 year is a very picky eater when it comes to eating veggies and the only thing I can get her to eat is one bite of a carrot.
I have tried everything to get her to eat veggies but the only way I noticed she will eat them is in a squeezable pouch of baby food. BUT it has to taste more like fruit than veggies for her to eat it.
Does anyone have any smoothie recipes I can do that will get her to eat her veggies but tastes more like fruit?
