Help!

Hubby and I just had sex about an hour ago to try and get things rolling. I'm 38w5d today. I laid there for a little while after to let the semen do it's thing with the prostaglandins and when I finally went to get up I felt what felt like water coming out of me and I even saw it dripping out like actual water. It ran down my skin very quickly too, not like semen normally does, there was really no consistency to it like sticky or anything. When I went to catch it with toilet paper the toilet paper was just wet too. Nothing sticky or anything. I need opinions on whether or not you ladies think my water broke or not. Thanks!
