$.01 charge on target red card
I know you ladies also shop at Target a lot and I have a question about the Target Red Card. I've had this issue for years, so I'm not concerned that someone has stolen my information. What is going on with the $.01 charge every time I make an online purchase?
Example- When I log onto my transactions page, it will look like this, for one online shopping "trip" on April 28:
