Need advice.

So I had my first baby on 22/01/2020.

I stopped bleeding from birth just before he turned 10 weeks old. On the 18th this month I thought I was having my period, however I don’t think I am. Here’s a picture it is TMI. Down there feels kinda inflamed. I’ve put the pad In the right place. I’ve only had the pad on for an hour. But when I go to the toilet and wipe it’s red fresh blood. I’m super confused. Is this normal? I have called the clinic on Monday just gone but because of Coronavirus they can’t see me.
