Tips please!

I am in dire need of losing weight. I don't want to do it just to be skinnier, but to ACTUALLY be healthy.

I had a baby boy 9 months ago, I only gained 7lbs with my pregnancy. But not having a lot of free time with him and working if put eating better and exercising on the back burner....

Any cook books or exercise routines that can help me?

Im 260lbs and 5'6'' my weight it more in the middle of my body. (Even before baby)
