Confused

So I took my baby to the doctor about 3 weeks ago because he was crying a lot and basically it was due to teething. Now he barely wants to breastfeed. He does it for like a minute then starts grunting or crying or pulling away. Is teething the reason for this? I feel like I keep forcing him to eat but he's so fussy. How long will he be like this. What can I do 😭 I do offer him a bottle if I notice he hasn't eaten much and he takes it. He also is eating solids.
