Ordering from Carters?

Curious if anyone here has every ordered anything from Carters and had it shipped through ‘Lasership’? I’ve never heard of them before. I finally got a conformation that my stuff had shipped after 3 weeks and would be delivered today, but I click the tracking number and I get sent to the Lasership website and there’s absolutely no tracking information but it said the package was labeled yesterday. I googled them and they have absolutely horrendous reviews and now I’m worried about not getting my package. Has anyone else experienced this?

Lasership is a shit company. they say they've delivered your package & it has not been delivered. i hate them i had the worst experience with them & i had to get my whole order refunded from Urban Outfitters & i never got my shit

I’ve never ordered from Carters but I have had HORRIBLE experiences with laser ship. Both times my items did not arrive and it was orders from 2 different companies.

Laser ship is a shit company. They used to steal my packages all the time. Carters is great. I just had stuff sent. 
Honestly, you need to pick up the phone and call lasership. Complain about how long it’s taken to get your package and you suspect theft. If they have it you’ll get it within a day or two. If they don’t have it, then demand they reimburse you. 
My coworker used to work in their call center and she said it was very common to have people steal or “misplace” items. People always yelled at the call center reps - I said I never yelled but I did say that I expected my package to be delivered or they were going to reimburse me!
