3 days of Faint Positives, Followed by period, and then 4 Positive tests.... HELP

I am starting to freak out a bit because on the 17, 18, 19 I had faint positive pregnancy tests then on the 20th I started my period. It felt like a normal period so I figured I wasn't pregnant. My period ended on the 24th as predicted.

Flash forward to today, I had some dark brown blood in my underwear and some blood spotting while urinating. My mom said I should take another test. I took 4 and they all came back positive right away. I'm freaking out.... I'm concerned it is an ectopic pregnancy. Why would I have a period??

Please tell me if anyone else has experienced this!
