Oz of milk and how to travel with 🍼

How many oz are your little ones drinking? My daughter tends to vary her intake and I keep reading different suggestions. Some say 16oz max or no more than 24oz max. I’m a bit confused here😕 Also, how to travel with whole milk in bottles without it getting spoiled? I have her Dr. appointment tomorrow so I will ask about the oz, but I just don’t know how to travel with milk?? This is the first time I’m leaving the house with her and her milk. Any advice is greatly appreciated🙏
