Tips for eating healthy with food aversions

anna

Hi! I’m 15 weeks pregnant with twins. I want to eat healthy right now to provide good nutrients for the twins, and to not gain unnecessary extra weight this pregnancy. I usually eat healthy while not pregnant, But vegetables, chicken, rice, and most healthy foods (minus fruit) never sound good to me right now. The only things I have taste for are carbs, cheese, cereal, fried food, pizza, burgers. I also have been getting sick any time I start to feel hungry so I feel like I’m eating bad all the time. I am loving fruit smoothieS, but besides incorporating more of those does anyone have helpful tips?
