Braxton hicks, 39 weeks??

Question

I’ve been having braxton hicks contractions every like 1-4 minutes & they last anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute & 30 seconds. I’m 39 weeks tomorrow. Am I in prelabour or ??? Ftm so I’m really confused & clueless hahah. Any help is appreciated!! Tia xx

Sounds like you might be going into labor. That’s not Braxton Hicks that’s contractions that your having. Definitely track it and if it continues for over an hour call your OB. For first time moms it may take awhile for you to actually be in full blown labor so it’s best to try and labor as much as possible at home first before going in right away.
