One month transformation! Is there a difference? TMI pics, please do not look if you are easily offended/ disturbed!!

I’ve been working out and eating a healthy diet for one month and this is my results. I did fall off for a few days out of that month tho. Is there any difference to you guys? Also, what are some good workout to tone my booty and get smaller arms/shoulders? Sorry for the naked pics, I like to take them naked to track my booty loss/gain 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️
