Not baby related but what can I use to get rid of this?!

I have had these sun spots for 3 years now, everyday they seem to get worst! I have tried creams from the doctor, shampoos, and foot fungus cream that actually worked the best but it ALWAYS comes back more red and itchy. The doctor keeps say it will go away ITS BEEN 3 freaking years! It’s on my chest too...

I used to surf a lot before I had my first baby I was out in the sun every day I used protection but I still got them horrible. They make my self confidence go down the drain but my SO says he loves he’s with a cheetah 😂

Don’t mind my stupid ugly tattoo I got as a rebellious teenager 🙄😂
