Private gender scan?

Question

For those of you who have done a private gender scan, how many weeks were you, and did you do 2D or 3D?
I did sneak peek, but it was inconclusive due to a vanishing twin. Looking at a private scan center near me, and not sure how far I need to be! I’m 15 weeks right now.

14weeks 3 days with my first and it was accurate for sex of the baby
13weeks 5 days with my second and it was accurate for sex of the baby

I got a 2D private gender scan at 15 weeks and it was accurate (boy) 
I wouldn't recommend getting a 4D scan until atleast 20+ weeks though. They do a "tester" view at the gender scan and it's not very clear at all before that

I got a 3D scan at exactly 15 weeks. That’s the earliest they would do them. It was accurate and confirmed at my 20 week anatomy scan. The place I went to said if they weren’t 100% sure what baby was they would have you come back for free and have another scan.

We’ll be doing a private gender scan around 18 weeks.
They do 3D scans but don’t recommend them until at least 20 weeks and the earliest they will do the gender scan is 16 weeks.
