HELP! Any sleep through the night tips!?

Question

My 7 month old isn’t sleeping through the night.i bathe him alittle late each night and give him his bottle,I’ve also tried putting a tablespoon of cereal only in his night feedings because everyone told me it would keep him full through the night but not at all.he drinks 7 oz of formula every 3 hours,maybe 4. 
Any tips you can share??? Thank you

"Sleeping through the night" for babies at this age is 3-5 hours. They're growing and their tummies are still smaller, if they wake to eat they need to eat. 
Cereal is void of nutrition and a choking hazard in bottles, no pediatrician will recommend it except in rare cases for babies with severe reflux that's being treated with medication. 
Your baby is normal mama, soak up those snuggles while they still want to be held.

My son didn’t sleep through the night tell about 16 months and we started feeding him some real food around 6 months. Pretty sure it’s normal to still wake that much.

Babies sleep longer when they are ready. Not when parents are. My kids both sleep 10pm to 6am & 9 am (3 year old to 9, 6m old to 6 and then nurse to sleep til 9) Bath is every single night. Never cereal in a bottle cause it’s not true it keeps them fuller and it’s not safe either.
