Has anyone tried this for pcos ingrown hair on face?

Hi ladies! I struggle with PCOS hair growth on my face especially my chin and upper lip (but my chin is way worse like a mans) so I have up on everything and starting shaving it off with a razor which of course just led to a lot of ingrown hair and thicker, harder hair. If I don’t shave it now I look like a man. I’ve been noticing that now you can slightly tell that I shave my chin because of the dark spots left on my skin. Has anyone ever used this or any other similar product to reduce or completely vanish ingrown hairs?
