Anyone with the mirena

Hey mamas so I had my mirena put in around mid December, I bled lightly for almost 30 days after it was inserted, than had my placement check in January it was in the right place, my last period was mid feb, haven’t had a period or spotting since and now all of a sudden I’m getting a period. I was told I won’t have periods on the mirena or I may have some spotting here or there so just thinking it’s weird to have a random period after not getting one for two months, anyone have any experience with this or a similar situation, or should I most likely call my OB Monday and ask
