Help please.

Me and my fiance just had our beautiful baby girl on April 15th, she wasn't latching too well so my fiance decided to pump and then bottle feed. Fast forwarding abit, we had to supplement with formula (basically every feed because she isn't producing enough milk). Similac seems to bind our daughter up and she didn't poop for 2½ days, we gave her breast milk and she loaded her diaper an olive green and very runny. Now we're having the same issue where she is literally downing close to 5 oz of formula then vomiting it up. We're trying to pace feed her but whenever we give her the mb binkie she goes to town on it like she's hungry again. I dunno what to do and I'm trying to help both my fiance and my daughter.
