Missed period - Cervical is high and soft

Hello,

My husband and I have been trying for a while. The month of April 2020 we were not as active in trying but did have sex closed to the week of my ovulation. I am supposed to have my period since yesterday or could come come any days now. I checked a pregnancy test it was negative. I checked my cervical and it’s super high and soft. I checked an ovulation kit and it has a fainted line. I heard you could use an ovulation kit to test if you’re pregnant as well.

Do you experience anything like this? It doesn’t seem like my period will come since my cervix is so high and unreachable. Let me know if I’m pregnant or something wrong.
