Confused

I gave birth to my son November 14 found out I had a very small fluid filled cyst on my ovary in January due to excessive bleeding and then it stoped February and March my period lasted the 5 to 7 days and was consistent April my period came on the 9th and on the 11th there was no blood I didn’t have to use a tampon but when I went to sleep that night I put one in the next morning on the 12th I took it out and it was a small smudge of brown discharge I have been nauseous breast tender and throwing up I also been tired and lazy not like me suppose to get my period on the 8th I don’t know I’m so lost took a thousand blue and pink dye test all negative so idk what to do help any one some advice
