I haven't even got a bfp yet and I've already created a pregnancy journal. It has any and everything I could find about pregnancy. I might be a little obsessed.

I have a noteBook where I write down a plan for when I'm on Mat leave and even registry items and baby names. I know we can feel obsessive about it but if I don't just spend a bit of time thinking about it and writing it down,  then I'll spend all day wondering about it.  It helps me feel more prepared and calm. So I think as long as it makes you feel more positive and relaxed rather than anxious and scared, then I think it's a good thing :-) everyone is different so whatever helps keep the stress down and makes you happy! ! Hope we get our bfp soon!

My journal helps me remember from one cycle to the next that I did or didn't have those symptoms before.  Very helpful.

To keep from snapping people (lol) I do keep a daily journal. I try to write every day, or at least once a week, depending on my stress levels, and I've been noting about my TTC journey. It doesn't seem like much, since it hasn't happened yet, but further down the line, it'd be a nice read :)

I don't have a journal, but I do have notes tucked away for when it happens. I'm not sure where they are at the moment (haven't looked for them since I moved) but I do have them lol
