Baby acne
My son is 11 days old and has what I consider severe baby acne it's very red inflamed and has lots of whiteheads it's even in his ears. I put breastmilk and coconut oil on it but that doesn't seem to be helping. My first son didn't have this issue so I'm not sure if I should do anything about it or be concerned.. any advice wo uh old be much appreciated 💙
