Friends!?!?

Am I the only one who wishes there was an app like tinder but for meeting other couples who want actually hang out and be friends?! I'm so fucking tired of getting ditched and ignored over n over by mine and my SO's 'friends'. Fuckin hell we have a few drinks and made burgers and have bags out ready to play but no one who answered has shown up or the people I ALWAYS invite are doing there own cookout shit with other ppl but no invite to us
