Teething fever
How long for you baby have a fever while teething? Mine has had fevers been between 99.8 and 102 for three days now. I've been giving Tylenol every 4 hours. I took her to urgent care, they tested for flu and covid - both were negative. I'm pretty sure it's just teething because she wants to chew on everything too. Normally, her fever only lasts a day or so. She's never had one for three+ days.
