Mini pill, missed period and breastfeeding feeding

Hi guys,

I’m breastfeeding my almost 14th month baby on demand. I’m taking the mini pill and got my first postpartum period March 24. And missed my period for this month. 10 days late!! For the past few weeks I’ve been feeling pregnancy symptoms like cramps, headaches, nausea, dizziness and fatigue. I tested for pregnancy and the test was negative. Has anyone experienced this? I’m so confused. Do I continue taking the mini pill? Will it be bad to continue to take if I was pregnant?
