EBF mums:When did your period come back?

My daughter is almost 10 months old and I've got nothing. Mums who exclusively breastfed - how long did it take for you to get your period back? Did you notice that it coincided with anything in particular (for example, decrease in number of feeds)?
Bonus question: Does anyone have any experience of IVF without their period having returned? My husband and I conceived via IVF and have embryos in the freezer. We planned to return for a FET when baby was a year old, but I don't know what our options are if I'm not ovulating naturally or how meds would affect breastmilk. I have an appointment with my specialist coming up, just looking for a heads up in advance!

My RE will not do any treatments while you are breastfeeding.  As far as if you need your period to return for a FET, I have Pcos so we just used provera to induce a period before we doing our protocol.  My first ivf baby is 11 months old and we are planning on weaning at 12 months and then in the late summer beginning the protocol for another FET.

Mine came back at 8m on the dot. My son started in solids at 4m and by 7.5m he was eating table food, so that may have been why.

Mine came back at 12 weeks PP. I don’t have experience with IVF but I got pregnant via IUI. I was able to get pregnant naturally at 8 months PP while breastfeeding.

I got my mine back at 4 months. Nothing in our nursing or supply had changed. My sister has 4 kids and never got her period back until she weaned.

I got pregnant & had a chemical - around 15 months. Idk if you’d count that as a period. I then was pregnant the month following the chemical.
