Gassy 15 month old

My baby has NEVER slept through the night and we’ve tried everything. He cries passes gas and will go back to sleep for an hour or to and up again same routine some gas episodes lasting 15 minutes. I’m am willing to try almost anything at this point to help him. It’s so upsetting to see him in pain. He takes one two hour nap a day at 9/10 and the occasional 45 minute in the late afternoon about 4 then he’s down for 830, and back up at 630. HELP
