Rash/Dry?? 3 month old.

Question

Hi,
This rash soaks up moisturisers, coconut oil etc
We’ve been giving oats bath. 
We cut out any soaps in the bath and didn’t ease it. It’s not always as red. 
Her forehead, shoulder and creases in her arms are dry but legs are ok.
She’s happy baby just wondering if there is something we’re missing? 
Grateful for any feedback!

Looks like it could be allergy related. If breastfed, possibly something you’re eating

I had to give up dairy for my little one. His skin would get so dry it would crack in his arm creases and weep. It looked really red, a bit raised and dry. Calmed down after I cut dairy (gosh I miss cheese) lol

My advice would be to just let it dry out don’t put anything on it let it heal naturally
