Our baby's feet get that way if she is wearing something tight on her legs. Our baby is premie and if she is cold her hands and feet turn blue. Ask your ped.

Usually purple extremities means lack of blood flow or poor circulation. Keep in mind that babies circulation is a bit different than ours. If you put your hand on your baby’s belly or the back of their neck and they feel warm, their body is focusing on circulating blood to keep them warm. 
I would still call the pediatrician though, I’ve never seen my son’s feet or hands purple.
