Unfair Boss

So I've been working with my boss for 2 years and he started being really nice then changed. Because of the Corona, where I live was under lock down and I had to work from home. Initially my boss said he was not okay with the work from home idea but with the lockdown since I'm not an essential worker I had to stay home. We spoke and he stated that he would pay me in full for April but we would come to an agreement for the other months. To my surprise when I checked my account I received half my salary for April. Do you think I should call him or just let it be?
