Lab tech here... part of an ob panel includes an antibody screen (there are a lot more antibodies besides the Rh factor that affect newborns). If it’s positive the lab then has to identify which antibody you’re positive for and titer it out so the doc can keep an eye on it. It’s also important for when you go into labor so they have compatible blood on hand in case a transfusion is needed.

I think that means you don’t have Rubella antibodies, meaning you need a Rubella vaccine. I’m in the same boat.

I have gotten over 4 rubella vaccines within 10 yrs bc everytime I get pregnant my body shows like I have no rubella vaccine in me 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
