Would she constantly cry?

Would my baby constantly cry if my body wasn't giving her enough milk? I'm exclusively Breast feeding and I'm worried she isn't getting enough. I've got it into my head so I'm stressing slightly about it.

They said to pump the other side using my hakka as well as offerering that breast once she's finished the other side which is what I've been doing.

Im getting half a oz on the side she isn't feeding off per pump.

And I know a baby draws more milk than a pump will draw especially a hakka as it isn't a pumping pump.

Her first weigh in she lost 10.2%

Her second she gained a little

Her third she lost a few ozs but did fill a nappy literally before her weigh and was weighed on a different scale so that's what my health visitor thinks what it the difference was caused by and she isn't concerned as she's producing wet and dirty nappies.

Am I just paranoid?

Today she's produced 4 dirty nappies where as normally it's anything between 6-10 which is why I'm asking..

What other signs should I look for if I am under producing milk x
