Dealing with allergies while pregnant
Does anyone have any tips to curb allergies? I am miserable and so congested. I'm 6w1d and afraid to take anything, even the so-called safe allergy meds. Anything holistic or simple I can be trying until I see the doctor next month? I've tried saline spray, but it's not doing much for me so far.
