Upset stomach(rant)

17 w 3 d today and ALL day my stomach has been killing me. I feel like I have all this pressure and pain. I’m  constipated but I’ve been eating activia twice a day and it seems to be helping. I woke up with this awful pain, I threw up straight bile this morning, and have god awful acid reflux burning in my throat every night. And to top it off everything I eat today makes me want to puke. I can’t win😭😭 I can’t get rid of this pain, I’ve tried everything.
