Nausea
I’m 5 weeks 6 days and woke up this morning immediately feeling the sort of hunger that makes you feel sick. I’ve eaten now and it hasn’t gone away, is this what morning sickness feels like or is it just hunger?! Sorry if this is a silly question 😂
