Ghosting

I hung out at this boy’s house and we made out and talked, and when i thought i should leave bc my mom was coming he kept kissing me and wanted me to stay longer. I joked about him ghosting me and he said he wouldn’t, and as I left i asked if he wanted to hang out again and he said yes. we texted a few times two days ago and i texted asking if he wanted to hang out again, and i haven’t gotten a reply. he has seen my instagram and snapchat stories, but hasn’t even opened my message. was it because i was too boring or ugly?? what did i do to him because it seemed like he was interested.
